We paid for a "Reliable" server. What we got was a scam.
We prepaid for 2 years of a "reliable" dedicated server.
Day one, their team botched the OS deployment. We couldn't log in. They reformatted it, causing a full day of downtime.
Less than 48 hours in, the server goes offline for 10 hours. Their excuse? "No signal" and a 4-6 hour "test" on a brand-new server.
They tested the PSU, found "no errors," and told us to "monitor it." A one-day-old server needing babysitting? Ridiculous.
Server went down again. They ran more tests and admitted an NVMe drive—the OS disk—was dead.
They replaced the drive but **wiped our entire IIS and SQL configurations, causing hours of lost work.**
Server went down again. This time, they couldn't even give an excuse. We demanded a refund.
Andrew Z., the so-called "Customer Experience Manager," repeatedly ignored our concerns, responding with **'See my last response'** instead of addressing the evidence we provided.
After weeks of failure, they still refused to refund us. We had to go through our bank to issue a chargeback.
It turns out, we aren’t the only ones. **Many others have been scammed by ReliableSite.** Check out these stories:
**Thinking of using ReliableSite? DON’T. Learn from our experience and choose a real provider. I seriously hope this website at least saves one other person from this nightmare. Notice how all of their reviews online say nightmare. There is almost no better English word to use for having to deal with them. TOTAL SCAMMERS.**
